Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

In short: Bingola only helps you check your own tickets. It does not sell tickets, run games or handle money. The organiser of your game decides who wins.

Who we are

Bingola is made by Sham Rathi, World Web Solutions, Pune, India. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Bingola does

Bingola is a helper for players of Tambola, Housie and Bingo. You add the tickets you already have, type the numbers as they are called, and the app marks them and shows possible prizes. Bingola does not sell tickets, does not run or host games, does not take bets, and does not collect, hold or pay any money or prizes.

No gambling

Bingola is not a gambling app. Any prize in your game is between the players and the organiser of that game. You are responsible for making sure your game follows the laws of the place where you play.

The organiser decides

The organiser's (caller's) decision is always final. Bingola only shows what it calculates from the tickets and numbers you entered. Before you claim a prize, check your printed ticket and the called numbers yourself, and show your ticket to the organiser.

Check what you enter

Scanning reads numbers from a photo and can make mistakes, especially with a far or blurred photo. Always compare scanned tickets with your printed tickets and fix any wrong number. A number typed by mistake can also give a wrong result.

No guarantee

Bingola is given "as is", without any guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will always work. We are not responsible for any missed prize, wrong claim, dispute, loss or damage that comes from using the app, to the extent the law allows.

Fair use

Please use Bingola only for your own games and tickets. Do not copy, sell or change the app, or use it to cheat other players.

Privacy

Your tickets stay on your phone. Read our Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may change when the app changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
